Chrissy Lenihan is the glue between our bricks. the strength between us that keeps our machine running soundly. The Ridgewood Company's Operations Manager role not only involves keeping our busy Team on top of their game but our facilities as well. A native of New Jersey but a Coloradan since the age of 4, Chrissy says she still has a ‘…little Jersey girl’ still in her but remains a Colorado girl at heart. A mother of two grown children, Karley and Evan, the household is complete with their cats Tank and Cloe. “I have loved being a parent and I wouldn’t trade a single day of our lives,” says Chrissy, speaking in her permanent ‘mom voice.’ “We live in Broomfield and I love the small town feel. I usually have to tell people it's ‘broom’ like the thing you sweep with because even in the metro area, most people know very little about it. That’s my favorite thing about where I live – it’s close but still feels like a community.” With decades of property management and maintenance experiences in multiple states, Chrissy’s focus on goals and deadlines ensures that our Clients experience a seamless process and everyone is where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be there. Growing up around real estate, Chrissy’s grandmother and aunt were both agents exposing her to the challenges and rewards of the business. She started her own path in to the field where she started in 2007 at the height of the bank-owned property crisis. Together with Ridgewood Owner, Matthew Leprino, Chrissy and Matt closed over 450 properties in a two-year time period during the recession of 2008. After REO Chrissy continued through property preservation nationwide before joining The Ridgewood Company in 2018.
