Broker Associate + REALTOR®
It is said that if you choose a job you love, then you will never have to work a day in your life. A tall order for anyone to independently accomplish but a choice and a dream come true with a little nudge by Vera Kiphardt. In 1991, following another field she also loved, Vera took a pre-internet-era test which indicated her skill in helping others, interpersonal dexterity and mandate for excellence made her an ideal candidate for real estate. 25+ years and countless homes later, the test has proven true as Vera continues to provide her own unique brand of what true excellence in real estate means. Born in Sweden and naturalized at the age of 12, Vera brings with her life experience extensive knowledge of world affairs. Having lived in Hong Kong a short time under British rule, this daughter and niece of tulip farmers in the Netherlands, Vera remains fluent in Dutch and makes time to visit her many friends and family still living in the land of windmills. Beginning her real estate career in Wheat Ridge and having considerably worked the Golden/West-area since, Vera remains proficient in the entire Metro Area claiming her favorite parts of town as the most historical parts of Golden, Arvada and Denver. Vera was recently described by a client as being “…down to earth, and human. She will ask you about the rest of your life not just about your property” and her extensive record reflects her continued love of helping people. An avid soccer player, cook and world traveler, this Grandmother of 5 has a wit and sense of humor that makes even the most complex of transactions energetic. The question to ask yourself when choosing your best Real Estate Broker is do they have fun while exercising skill and care. Do they have a smile on their face while tackling complex issues and have they raised the bar with each transaction, earning a solid reputation for excellence along the way. If this is the criteria you seek, then this is the Broker you want. Vera Kiphardt, excellence with a smile and a little fate to go along with it.
